Contraindications

• Do not take relugolix if you have a history of heart problems or long QT syndrome in you or a family member.
• Relugolix can cause harm to an unborn baby and may lead to a miscarriage. If you are a man and your partner can become pregnant, use effective birth control during treatment and for at least 2 weeks after the last dose.
• Inform your doctor if your partner is pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
